1963
- General Certificate of Education and matriculated from the University of London, England.
- Awarded certificate of candidature for registration as an external student in B.A. (Hons) Philosophy by the University of London, England.
1963 to 1972
- Studied as a private student under the tutorship of a correspondence school from England.
- Joined a Tibetan Buddhist sect, Hong Kong to learn meditation西藏密宗昆盧七支坐
1973
- Taught Taoism by an eminent Taoist master in Hong Kong 問道於道家名彥孫鏡陽
- Ever since then until the present, have been studying, learning, giving lessons, workshops, on Taoism and all its related subjects.
1974 to the present
- Intensive study of Taoist encyclopedias 正統道藏，道藏輯要,及雲笈七籤
1974 to 1978
- Learnt I-Ching, Feng Shui, and Fate-reading from several masters, Hong Kong
1979
- Studied Chinese medicine from Dr. Lo Sau Mui, a reputed Chinese physician, Hong Kong
1980
- Learnt acupressure 指壓 in an evening institute sponsored by the YMCA in Hong Kong
1980 to 1982
- Studied Chinese medicine in the Kowloon Chinese Medical Institute 九龍中醫學院 in the evening and awarded certificates for Pathology, pharmacology and acupuncture.
- Practiced acupuncture as assistant Chinese medicine practitioner and awarded a certificate of commendation by the Taoist Tung Sin Tan Association 道教通善壇 in Hong Kong.
1982 to 1994
- Invited twice to give lecture and a week-end Taoist retreat in meditation by the University of Saskatchewan.
- Invited to talk on Taoism by Concordia University, Montreal QC.
1990 to the present
- Organized Taoist retreat many times in Montreal QC
- Appointed as a director of the Traditional Chinese Culture Society of Montreal and also teacher in Taoism, Meditation, I-Ching, Feng Shui and Fate-Reading.
- Giving consultation on various issues on Taoist meditation and healthy living.
